The Power of Change

This logo was for the 2002 annual meeting for Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) The purpose was to visually communicate the idea that changes were under way for this 100+ year old company.
The challenge of this project was to create something that would work well as a one-color imprint on a giveaway as well as an animated motion graphic projected on a back drop at the annual meeting.
Although I was on the web team at UL, I was always happy to take on the occasional print design project. I did various projects that include such things as a CD-ROM cover and a series of logos for a proposed joint venture with The Society of Automobile Engineers (SAE) I hope to have these on the site in the near future.
